Lettings management is fully integrated into Acquaint. From the initial process of obtaining and chasing references to the creation of tenancies, collection of rent, payment of landlords and the production of statements and financial reports.
Creating a new tenancy automatically sets up the payment profile for the tenant and provides an option to collect the deposit and first payment in advance. Meter readings for utility bills can also be entered as can reminders for safety certificates and inspections.
Landlord and Tenant accounts are simply laid out in chronological order. Transactions can be quickly added to accounts and assigned a definable product code which can be used to analyse income and expenditure.
A full audit trail of account transactions is stored which can be used to produce detailed financial analysis reports.
